4月28日，四川國(guó)際傳播中心聯(lián)合川觀新聞川觀拍客、封面新聞青蕉拍客正式啟動(dòng)“靈感中國(guó)”全球拍客計(jì)劃，向世界各地的國(guó)際友人、海外華僑華人以及任何一位熱愛記錄生活的你發(fā)出全球拍客征集令，尋找“靈感中國(guó)全球合伙人”。
不管你是攝影愛好者，還是美食博主、旅行策劃官……我們照單全收，統(tǒng)統(tǒng)拿下！
就現(xiàn)在，拿起鏡頭定格每一瞬靈感！投稿一經(jīng)采納，將會(huì)發(fā)布在“靈感中國(guó)”全球矩陣平臺(tái)。我們將發(fā)放豐厚的稿費(fèi)，單期最高3000元。第一季拍客征集從即日起至稿酬發(fā)滿100萬元為止。
①本次征集擬組建“靈感中國(guó)”首批全球拍客團(tuán)隊(duì)，選拔能夠持續(xù)進(jìn)行精品視頻生產(chǎn)，或具有一定國(guó)際傳播影響力的合作伙伴。
②可申請(qǐng)全球拍客，亦可直接投稿視頻。拍客申請(qǐng)通過后將與四川國(guó)際傳播中心簽訂協(xié)議，每月需固定提交至少一期視頻，項(xiàng)目組將根據(jù)拍客級(jí)別提供保底稿費(fèi)。
③拍客所在地為全球（含宇宙空間站），亦可投稿海外內(nèi)容，如斯里蘭卡當(dāng)?shù)孛朗程皆L。
①每段視頻素材時(shí)長(zhǎng)不低于3分鐘。
②拍客投稿以原創(chuàng)視頻為主，內(nèi)容主題包括但不限于美食、美景、旅游、人文歷史、現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)、中醫(yī)藥等，以尋找世界的“靈感”為線索，沉浸式探索和記錄身邊的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴。
③體裁可為vlog、city walk、微紀(jì)錄片、reaction等，可參考油管視頻、bilibili視頻。
④投稿視頻素材清晰度不低于1080P；畫面拍攝比例為16 : 9；畫面干凈規(guī)范、構(gòu)圖優(yōu)美，不出現(xiàn)偏色、曝光過度或過暗、晃動(dòng)太大、構(gòu)圖失當(dāng)?shù)惹闆r；拍客可對(duì)作品做亮度、對(duì)比度或色彩飽和度調(diào)整，但不得做合成、添加或大幅度改變色彩等處理；如有同期聲，需聲音清晰且與畫面內(nèi)容相符。
⑤外語優(yōu)先，中文視頻與無語言視頻同步接收。

① 報(bào)名“靈感中國(guó)”全球拍客，請(qǐng)?jiān)跇?biāo)題欄填寫：#IGFP#(Inspiration Global Freelance Photographer) +申請(qǐng)者姓名；在正文中附上自我簡(jiǎn)介以及作品樣品。
② 拍客上傳投稿時(shí)，請(qǐng)?jiān)跇?biāo)題欄填寫：#Inspiration# + 所投稿標(biāo)題；在摘要欄詳細(xì)說明投稿內(nèi)容（100字以內(nèi)），包括但不限于時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、事件、人物等信息；提交作品為原視頻，無水印無logo。

拍客經(jīng)由四川國(guó)際傳播中心上傳的“靈感中國(guó)”相關(guān)視頻，經(jīng)選用發(fā)布后，該視頻拍攝者將按素材質(zhì)量獲得相應(yīng)稿費(fèi)每期300—3000元（獎(jiǎng)金均為稅前金額，實(shí)際發(fā)放時(shí)主辦方將代繳稅費(fèi)）。
① 拍客投稿作品經(jīng)四川國(guó)際傳播中心評(píng)審并發(fā)布后，優(yōu)秀投稿將獲得“靈感中國(guó)”全球拍客獎(jiǎng)金，同時(shí)將發(fā)布至四川國(guó)際傳播中心靈感中國(guó)海內(nèi)外媒體矩陣平臺(tái)、川觀新聞、封面新聞以及線下展示平臺(tái)等。
② 投稿者應(yīng)保證其為所投送視頻內(nèi)容的作者，并對(duì)該視頻內(nèi)容擁有獨(dú)立、完整、明確、無爭(zhēng)議的著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)；投稿者還應(yīng)保證其所投送的視頻內(nèi)容不侵犯第三者的包括著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)、隱私等在內(nèi)的合法權(quán)益。
③拍客征集作品一經(jīng)采納將在四川國(guó)際傳播中心、川觀拍客、青蕉拍客相關(guān)主題內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)，拍客提交的所有素材，一經(jīng)四川國(guó)際傳播中心靈感中國(guó)欄目使用或四川國(guó)際傳播中心靈感中國(guó)欄目明確表示接受該素材的，這表明拍客本人授予四川國(guó)際傳播中心靈感中國(guó)欄目及關(guān)聯(lián)方免費(fèi)、非獨(dú)家、可再許可的權(quán)利。（包括但不限于復(fù)制權(quán)、匯編權(quán)、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)、改編權(quán)及制作衍生品、表演和展示的權(quán)利等）。
④活動(dòng)最終解釋權(quán)歸主辦方所有。
